Changing Tides Behavior Therapy, LLC, was opened in 2021 by Abigail Rodamaker a local BCBA and Autism Mama. Abbey is the mother to three wonderful kiddos, one of whom was diagnosed with a rare metabolic condition, as well as ASD. Her daughter’s ASD diagnosis is what brought Abbey to the world of Behavior Analysis. Determined to help her daughter and other families like hers, in 2015 Abbey began the journey to earning her BCBA credentials.

Abbey grew up in St. Louis, MO. Earning her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri- St. Louis in 2006, she graduated suma cum laude, and was a member of Psi Chi (Psychology) and Alpha Beta Mu (Foreign Language). During her time at the University of Missouri, she also studied the Japanese language. A love she says she discovered far too late in life.

In 2014, Abbey and her family relocated to Navarre, Fl. In 2015, she was accepted to the University of West Florida’s Exceptional Student Education Masters Program, with her focus being Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Experience the difference that personalized care can make.
